Few weeks back, we witnessed one of the most remarkable comebacks in Manchester United history. This portrayed Mourinho`s ability to make tangible decisions from emotions whether it be for the good or for the bad. I am also sure he saw the mistakes of losing to spurs and made some concrete decisions to correct them. Last week he smashed bottles as an out pour of emotion when Marouane Fellaini scored the winner against Young Boys. It shows Mourinho still wanting so hard to succeed at a club he has managed for three seasons now.

This weekend saw united needing a win against Southampton to brighten their top four hopes. Mourinho started with a four man defense line with Nemanja Matic acting as a false center back. The result saw united go down to two early goals after which they did well to equalize before half time. Although the second half 45 minutes was not enough to see them turn the game around, it was so sad that united cannot play the united way and haters and rivals are playing their best games. His own players like Eric Bailly, Paul Pogba, Romelu Lukaku and lately Fred have all shown signs of frustration suggesting that he may be running out of ideas.

It is time the manager makes yet a more concrete decision in a frustrating season. To stand up against the odds and save his family [united] from further collapse. The issue of money must be overlooked because of the fans who can`t stand the united collapse. The biggest respect he can get from the fans out of this mediocre united is to tender a resignation letter which will make him sit on the seat of history as one of the best managers who made huge impact to the game on and off the game cycle.
