Confusion In Clark's Family Over Commissioner Slot by burutunews: 2:52pm On Dec 03, 2018
The leadership of the ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Ngbelebiri 11 ward 8 has unanimously dissolved the leadership of the ward leader Alhaji Barr Isa Clark.
This unanimous decision was reached following the meeting that was held in Kiagbodo by the executives, leaders and stakeholders of the party on 1st of December 2018. The party leaders said the decision to dissolve Isa Clark leadership became a necessity to avert losing the ward to opposition for the first time.
The party in ward 8 Kiagbodo cited self styled/dictatorial leadersip of Barr .Isa Clark.
1.holding party meetings outside the ward as against the several directive of the Party n that of the state Governor.
2.financial indiscipline/ Wrecklessness in the dispensation of funds from the party during various elections and during Inec voters registration exercise/distribution of PVCs in the ward.
3. Non-Inclusive/Dictatorial leadership style of running the ward without recourse to other leaders/stakeholders of the ward at the grassroot been carried along esp in various government empowerment programmes among others were the reasons for the vote of no confidence on Barr. Isa Clark.
4.Turning the party to his personal estate and making it a family business as displayed in the 3 Adhoc delegates to the immediate past pdp Congresses by his selection of his family as the committee members and also nominating themselves for the said Adhoc delegates positions without recourse to the guideline from the state on how it should be done.
Speaking during the meeting, the immediate past chairman of Burutu Lga and SSA to the Governor on Youth mentoring Chief Ebikeme Clark stated that the meeting became necessary to rescue the party from defeat in the ward in the forthcoming general elections, he said the people are aggrieved because they don't see anything coming from the fruit of their labour and this has made the once formidable party in the ward lose key members to the opposition which is not good enough for the party at this critical time. Chief Ebikeme said the party is supposed to be winning people over from the other side and not the other way round.
The Ward chairman also frowned at the situation where decisions are made in the party without due consultation with him as the party PDP ward chairman for input.
On his part, the SA to the governor on political matters Hon.Godwin Masah has this to say "as an SA to the governor, I know to what extent the governor has done empowerment across all wards in the state and if the governor has done so much and the people here are saying they have not seen anything while leaders/stakeholders are saying they are not been carried along, let’s not hear more people decamping from the party to other parties. As a true servant of the governor that wants the Governor to go back for second term we ought to with immediate effect correct the abnormally because it will be counter productive if we remain quite and pretend that all is well. The people have spoken today (1/12/18) in Kiagbodo, headquarters of the ward and not in Ughelli or Warri that the leadership of Alhaji Isa Clark is overturned" and so be it Masah said.
The party said the resolution so reached will be communicated to the Ijaw national leader of the and father Chief Dr E. K. Clark, LGA party chairman, senatorial chairman and state chairman , the Snr Polad with immediate effect for further action.
The party leadership asked the general public to take note of the decision reached and warned that henceforth, anybody who has direct or indirect dealings with Barr. Isa Clark for or on behalf of Ngbilebiri 11 ward 8 Kiagbodo does so at his or her own peril.
Present in the meeting are Chief Ebikeme Clark, immediate past chairman of Burutu Local government council and SSA to the governor on Youth mentoring , Hon. Godwin Masah, SA to the governor on political matters, former councillors of the ward in Hon. Lucky Oweimiotu Ex-Dep-Leader, Hon. Edmund Forcados-Ex-Dep Majority leader, Hon. Sunny Oruekpedi also Ex-Councillor, Mr Ayedi Ozanor immediate past PDP lga Secretary, Mr Clement Wagha a major stakeholder , Dr Jimmy Carter Okolakpa Ex-DTHA aspirant , Pdp Ward chairman Mr Idewu Emevor, vice chairman James Jumbo , the ward woman leader Vick Ase and other Pdp ward executives,Chairmen of the four quarters of Kiagbodo community, the Woman leaders of the 4 quarters of the Kiagbodo community ,Chairmanship aspirant Bikorogha community Monday Macauley, the Ward/community youth leader among other party faithfuls.

VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON ALH Bari Isa Clark
Sequel to the Ngbebiri ward 8 Kiagbodo PDP stakeholders meeting held at the residence of Bari ISa Clark on the 28th Nov 2018, various issues discussed, stakeholders were directed to work hard with all Kiagbodians to deliver all PDP flagbearers /candidates in the 2019 General elections (February/March 2019)
Stakeholders present were Hon Grade-one Clark ,Fmr Delta State director NOA,,Hon Gift GOMO, Chief Emakpo, PDP woman ldr Bikorogha Madam Vicky, Prince Governor Dabor, Rafeal Fuludu Raphael P ,Dr Jimmy Carter Okolakpa DTHA aspirant etc,it was agreed a full house PDP ward 8 general meeting will be called upon on or before 25th December 2018,
The few persons that are complaining the peace move led by Hon Ebikeme Clark FMR BLGA, chairman, is inconsequential,Hon Ebikeme Clark for as a chairman of Burutu LGA, didn't built one single toilet for his ward,he cannot speak for the PDP ward 8 Family
Kiagbodians don't have any dealings with Hon Ebikeme Clark selfish interest politics,He should be ashamed of himself,a man that cannot move freely in Kiagbodo town and other town's in Burutu LGA as a result of his complete failure as one time chairman.A chairman that cannot point a single legacy, development project in Kiagbodo town,a young man that stole and milk Burutu LGA empty for three years,he built an hotel and mansions for himself, in fact, EFCC,ICPC should be invited for chief Hon Ebikeme Clark to account for his three years tenure as chairman B LGA from 2015_2018,
I want to implore, plead with Kiagbodians not to yeild, fall into Chief Hon Ebikeme Clark selfish agenda, his politics of myself and my wife as witnessed when he held swayed as chairman of the Burutu LGA,it's a shame on the parts of those persons to have identified with Hon Ebikeme Clark,a man that cannot move freely in other Ward's in Burutu LGA as a result of his complete failure, Kiagbodians shouldn't take Hon Ebikeme Clark seriously for the leopard never changes it's spot, he's corrupt, selfish, proud, egocentric etc,
(Alh) barrister Isa Clark remain the dynamic and legitimate leader for Ngblebiri ward 8,
Nobody in Kiagbodo town should Ganesh people Hon Ebikeme Clark should not be looked upon as demigod,
