Position: Business Development Officer

Requirements:

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for advocating unique brands that provide unrivaled customer service?
Do you have a minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience in business development, customer service or client account management experience in education consulting?
Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and any Customer Relationship Management system?

Responsibilities:

Researching educational organisations, agencies and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Take responsibility in ensuring conversion of leads to actual revenue/paying customers.
Researching the needs of potential partner clients and learning who makes key decisions about purchasing/B2B relationships.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and company sponsored events.
