Under Buhari then, he instructed that 53 suitcases should not be searched!

That is Atiku should not do his work thoroughly!

If he can introduce corruption into the Nigeria immigration service then, imagine the LEVEL he would have taken it now!

It would be recalled that Atiku was the Customs Officer in Charge of Murtala Muhammed Airport command when the suitcases were imported into the country in 1994.

Atiku’s wife said: “When Atiku was in Customs, there was one incident that happened in the 80’s when 53 suitcases were brought in by a traditional ruler during the administration of the present president and he (Atiku) insisted that those suitcases must be opened.


I just need clarification on the event date. Did it happen in 1994 or 80s? Or is this another badly scripted article.

You can fault Buhari for any other thing in this world but one thing you can't fault him for is his integrity. Mrs Atiku has just turned history on its head with this utter rubbish she has said.
I'm sure her husband will scold her when she gets back home for daring to fault Buharis integrity, something Atiku himself cannot do in his lifetime. Atiku that has issues with his own integrity. Atiku whose former boss labelled as corrupt, treacherous and dubious.

Tsunami of what? Corruption? In 2015 we wanted to cleanse our land of corruption and theft. Today, almost on a daily basis the EFCC is charging one crook to court for corruption. Yesterday it was the NBA chair! I don't know about you but this is exactly the change I voted for.
On what premise are Nigerians going to vote out the APC? To restore an era of theft and money laundering with Atiku and Saraki at the helm? Don't just stupidly compare events without reason.
