Then, operate like this always:

Take orders very slowly so the line builds.

You always want people to line up outside. The longer the line the better.

Now don’t get me wrong. Your food has to be good. Without that, this won’t work.

If your food is good then you will keep doubling sales over and over.

Scarcity.

This is a very strong powerful pyschological phenomenon.

We always want something that’s perceived as being scarce.

That long line paints a picture of demand exceeding supply and this drives even more demand.

This is the strategy behind every luxury good.

Everybody wants a Ferrari because you don’t get to see them everyday.

Everybody wants to attend a Davido concert because everybody wants to attend. Get it?

Social Proof.

The more people we see wanting/doing something the more we want or do that something too.

Your brain tells you this must be good because everybody wants this. So you should want it.
