You people need to relax. Is this the first time a bill will come to a president and will be rejected? I'm sure you know it involved signing and he has to go through it thoroughly.
He has presented his reasons and didn't think it should be a do or die affair for anyone. But well if anyone feel the president is doing a wrong one on the bill, the NASS can go ahead to veto whatever power if they can muscle that.
