Who's Story Is The Story Of Jesus? by Dynisty: 8:45am On Aug 02, 2010
It's a straightforward message when summed up goes back to this one simple sentence; "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life".

This simple story of Jesus, a savior who came down to earth to redeem humanity from our state of brokenness has ended up sounding complicated. Some of us think that this story is meant for a group of people. Some think that it is for an exclusive or special group of people. Some of us think it's for people who wake up on Sunday's to head off to church buildings. Some of us think it’s a message only for the poor and those desperate for an escape. Some of us think it's for the lost while others think it's for the found. Actually, we seem unsure who this story is for. Who should be telling the message? And who should be listening to the tale?
What about some of us who have shunned the story of Jesus Christ so many times? I don't know, maybe because it sounds cliché, maybe because we think someone is trying to recruit you to a church, or maybe we think it's all fiction.

Do you think this message of a God sending his Son is not for you? Is this your story to comprehend and maybe investigate? Do you feel that you can tell someone about the story of Jesus? Is this story of Jesus to tell and to be part of?
