1. No company name: the message will read somewhat like this " a company in lagos has invited you for interview on xyz date....bla bla bla"
2. Company without digital footprint: when a company's name is giving, such will not have any traceable digital presence. In some cases, the one you will find online will be into different industry vis-a-vis the one that sent you invite.
3. Poor website: some of those scammer have gone as far as creating a website. However, if you are very conversant with the internet, you will know that such cannot be the site of a functional business. The sites are mostly empty with little or no goods or service to show. Other times, you will see products marooned from other sites to the site.
4. By their name: most of those companies' names have Human Resource or HR or Skill development etc. I.e ABC human resource limited, XYZ consultant etc.
5. Using personal contact: they mostly use personal emails, phone numbers etc.
6. Unwilling to provide further information: if you put a call through to them, they will not provide you any information concerning the company or their services.
7. Overzealousness to reschedule: you can reschedule their interviews more than 3 times.
8. Address: there are some locations that are known to be den of scam jobs.
9. Time and location: some will fix their interview at hotels or fast food joints. Others on Saturdays or Sundays. Sometimes 6pm or later.

In order to help people, you should come to forums like NL to expose any fraud jobs that you know or had experienced.
