Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the area sales team
• Providing weekly/monthly sales forecasts for the assigned area
• Creating area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Executing the sales plan for the area
• Suggesting new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
• Developing strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers and distributors
• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management

Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
