When talking about a difficult boss, it could mean so many things. A difficult boss could be your manager, director, supervisor, teacher, tutor, coach etc. It, therefore, means that your boss has to do with your superior or anybody who is leading you in a particular field. Some boss could be so difficult to cope and work with but what is your attitude toward such a boss? Some bosses could be very mean but that is not to say you should run away or resign because that will be cowardice.
