Any process Analysis has come to be understood through the rational break down of production process into different unit that turn input into output. It is always a full fledged analysis of any organizational process with series of logically connected interface of routine activities within any organizational setting.

This is carried out through the organizational transformation resources that take place with the sole objective of achieving and maintaining an efficient process.

Process Analysis is a review of an entire process flow in an organization through which a better understanding of the system takes place. It helps to set up target with the objective of process improvement and to eliminate any unnecessary activities thereby reducing any form of wastage to increase efficiency in the system. It ultimately improves the overall performance of the organizational activities in any competitive setting.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROCESS ANALYSIS

It is to identify the factors responsible for any discrepancies and difficulties to understand the process.
It is to ascertain the process completeness.
It is to avoid any form of redundancy in the system.
It is to ascertain the allocation of resources.
It is to remove any necessary bottleneck in the process.

There is 3- basic criterion to determine any requires changes in the process and they are through a) Understanding, b) Quality, c) Efficiency.
