Guinness Nigeria might leave them for another organisation that can handle their twitter handle more professionally without involving politics or sentiments.

This is a huge blow on both party and it might not end well with the guy or lady that did this...they might not say this literally, but they have sacked that person o cos no decent organisation will allow such staff to remain with them after such grave mistake.

Terragon Group said on their Twitter page that the tweet was sent in error by a team member and they sincerely apologize to @johannxs.

They reiterate that the tweet had nothing to do with their client Guinness Nigeria PLC.

I hope Guinness will not terminate your company's contract in error too. Guinness as a corporate entity with international affiliation to Diageo should not be seen as partisan in local politics.

As an agent to Guinness, they will still take responsibility for any error committed by you. We expect official response from Guinness.
