one requires the
service of a security
Manager.
The successful applicant will
carry out the following
functions:
• Implement and maintain
operational security schedules
for officers on duty within the
area of responsibility.
• Ensure all facilities under
control remain safe and secure
at all times.
• Ensure Security policies,
procedures and minimum
security standards are
observed within the area of
responsibility. .
• Organize appropriate training
for officers under supervision.
• Ensure Legal compliance to
Security Legislation.
• Responsible for producing
reports of all incidents and
allegations of theft to
management
• Implement Security policies and
procedures in line with company
policy and to implement minimum
security standards within the
area of responsibility.
• Carry out physical site
inspections and risk assessment
to monitor officers and
performance.
• Assist in developing
departmental operational
targets and Key Performance
Indicators (KPI ’s) to achieve
overall risk reduction and
improve operational efficiencies.
• Maintain external contracts
with Security companies to
improve overall operational
efficiencies and performance
whilst assisting in overall
physical risk reduction.
• Produce and circulate monthly
management report clearly
identifying security issues and
risks.
Monitor the use of vehicles and
equipment to ensure
serviceability and use.
• Arrange for any repairs or
modification to equipment as
required for operational needs.
• Responsible for the incentive
and discipline of officers under
supervision

The candidate should be able to
scout for new corporate clients
for the company.
QUALIFICATION
• First degree in Psychology or
in a related discipline
• Ten years of post graduate
experience, five of which must
have been spent in the security
Industry.
• Experience in the Nigeria Police
or Military will be an added
advantage.
• Age, 35 and above.
