Here is the petition written against the All Progressive Congress (APC) state assembly candidate ‘Chief Hope Avwrosuoghene Abijor’ representing Ethiope West constituency in Delta State.

PETITION AGAINST CHIEF HOPE AVWROSUOGHENE ABIJOR (THE CURRENT ALL
PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC) FLAG BEARER FOR DELTA STATE HOUSE OF
ASSEMBLY ETHIOPE WEST CONSTITUENCY) FOR ATTEMPT KIDNAPPING,
ASSAULT, THREAT TO LIFE, INFLICTION OF INJURY, ATTEMPT MURDER, ILLEGAL
POSSSESSION OF PERSONAL CHARTEL AND FRAUD.

We act as solicitor to our client Princess Lagos State [hereinafter referred to as our client] on whose instructions we write this petition.

Our client have reliably informed us that her life is in danger of untimely death and a serious threat of extermination by CHIEF HOPE AVWROSUOGHENE ABIJOR who
sometime in December, 2015 having a love affairs with our client did cause assault, attempt kidnapping, molestation, infliction of injury, illegal possession of personal chartel, fraud and attempt to murder our clients by diabolical means for ritual with dangerous spiritual weapons.

Sir, the said CHIEF HOPE AVWROSUOGHENE ABIJOR on the altar of love and deceit
Promise to marry our client just to build his political career after he had used, impregnated, dumped, taped our client’s political intellect and connection. Our client was the brain behind the donation of All Progressives Congress Secretariat located at Oghara Delta by Chief Hope Avwrosuoghene Abijor, after our client have introduced him to all political influential personality known to our client to have political appointment and our client has been transferring money to Chief Hope Abijor to pursue his political ambition as a result of the political connection that he was hunting for he keeps calling our client his wife and he introduces himself as the husband of our client to USSIJI MERDANA, GIDEON SAMANI senior special adviser to the president on political issue. Our client further informed us that on notion and enthusiastic of the promise to marriage made to our client, Chief Hope Abijor was further introduced to another political influential MAINA BUNI all progressives congress (APC) national secretary and former secretary to government of the federation (SGF) Babachir Lawal.

Sometimes last year there was a serious rift or rancour between our client and Chief Hope Abijor as result of which our client quit her relationship form Chief Hope Abijor, he started threatening and chased our client with the aid of police at area J command Ajah Lagos to claim back all the gift he gave our client since last year. We are also informed that our client is been hunted for re arrest by Director of State Security services (DSS) as a result of multiple petition written to the (DSS) by chief Hope Abijor and his cohort, Our client also informed us that she was made to enter into an agreement under duress to pay back all money he has spent and gift of cars namely GL450 MERCEDES BENZ AND TOYOTA HILIUS with all original documents made to her during the nice time they had together, this was done at the point of death when our client under gone a major operation that almost send her to early grave just a week after she was discharged from hospital even the said Chief Hope Avwrosuoghene Abijor have our client’s TOYOTA CORROLA with registration number LSR73EA Lagos State with him and never return same to our client till date..

It is a privilege information from our client that chief Hope Avwrosuoghene Abijor has been chatting with our client to return back to their game of love on the ground that he had a strong filling to have sex with our client.

Sir, we are of the opinion that unless your quick intervention otherwise we shall have no option than to institute an action for breach of promise to marry which may not help Chief Hope Avwrosuoghene Abijor political career.
