For rice some use congo of 8.5-9.5 tin cup

its simple.lolz. big sizes(1.5kg) is 120k per 100k,medium 1kg sizes is 90k,small 700grm sizes is 60k.
Also, about the species any yam that will do pounded yam is a good specie.

Yam is currently expensive, transport defend on ur destination. 7k will transport each 100 pieces to ur destination. If the price is high for you then you can wait small till more yam come out.
