I believe ntel will be closing shop soon. Do you know that they don’t top up data after you have payment? My money has been hanging with them for over one week now. It is not only me. Check their twitter and Facebook. The wawu promotion really killed their business. Their website is down for more than 6 months, customer line and email is down. System in their office is down the last time I sent to their Ikoyi office. I suspect that they have collected money from customers and couldn't afford to buy data from their wholesalers. |

Lol. Simply walk into any of their offices and any of your issues will be dealt with immediately. It's annoying but that's what I do now. I don't bother calling or tweeting them. Your post title is misleading. 6 Likes |

chumakk: lol. you are funny one week? my friend's money has been hanging for 3 months. but i think its a problem with the WaWu sim. cos i use normal sim and subscribe to the monthly unlimited. was even recently given one week free unlimited for patronage. direct mail from an official. i also guess these other more expensive networks are behind their downfall. just sayin chumakk: lol. you are funny one week? my friend's money has been hanging for 3 months. but i think its a problem with the WaWu sim. cos i use normal sim and subscribe to the monthly unlimited. was even recently given one week free unlimited for patronage. direct mail from an official. i also guess these other more expensive networks are behind their downfall. just sayin |

Re: Ntel Is Closing Shop by LetMyPeopleGo: 9:32am On Dec 29, 2018 |
chumakk: They are working o. The thing is that the process for subscribing is stressful. You must go to their office or, if you have an insider, you tell them to do it for you.. Some of their staff have started collecting "egunje" to do activation for customers. Very bad. That company is running to the ground soon. I just carried my bag and left them for another network provider. 2 Likes |
