There are no developed black nations anywhere. The vast majority are not smart enough. The organizational IQ is too low.
The few (one in 10 million) that has it are not allowed to lead.

I disagree with this line of thought. If you think so, why then are we talking about brain drain in Africa

I still insist that there are those who have the capacity and are willing but there's just so much deliberate restrictions.

The fact remains that the black people do not have the required organisational intelligence and discipline on a mass scale to achieve or sustain meaningful development. That's how it is.

It's not about getting a good leader. One tree would never make a forest. You need a critical mass (millions of people) with the right capabilities and commitments, which is sorely lacking here. For example, even if Angel Gabriel is sent from heaven to rule Nigeria, who would he work with? Who would implement his agenda? Who would constitute the bureaucracy to drive day-to-day development one tiny step at a time?

Just look at Nigeria's useless bureaucracy and workforce in general.... Populated by unqualified, unsuitable and incompetent idiots who got employed not on merit, but by "grace and favour" (nepotism, favoritism, influence peddling, sentiments, etc). It's a joke for anyone to think that we would ever develop this way.

I think am with you on this with the way things are going we just can't rule ourself the truth has to be said , too many tribes, ethnic group, languages, cultures, religion e.t.c which have given our politicians upper hand to cause commotion and tribal divides among ourself for their own selfish ambition.

Hence, the need for a neutral party to to come to play, we have the needed resources both human and natural to develop More than many countries in Europe and America. We need them, yes we do, there is no shame here, we need them to come help us manage this resources effectively, cos we can't .
