Nigerians won't take this to aquarium (not that we even have one), or even put it back. Na peppersoup, straight. It looks like stingray, and they're lucky this one didn't have a venomous tail (or did it)? Without being sure the damn thing is safe to eat, they're already chopping it to pieces, then complain about village people when their stomach starts to swell. SMH

and by the way, must we kill everything?

Jason555:
According to local Fisher men they went out fishing this morning casting their net in the lagoon then they felt a rush in the net, then they pulled it out hoping to see a fish but saw a weirdly looking creature.

After various Stabbing, it took the fish 20mins to die, some people say it was a sting ray but a sting ray won't be able to survive in a lagoon, the fish was measured the length of 5.5 feet and a wing span of 3 feet

Nigerians sha, they must eat everything! Nothing like curiosity to even put the animal in a research station in order to study it. To know if its safe for chopping or if it could be a better breeding specie of fish. But guess what! dem chop am just like that.
