They are looking for a future excuse to reject the election results next year that will see them being kicked out of power for good.

They have chosen Russia because of the growing anti-Russian sentiment in Europe and US.

They want to position their dead Buhari as pro-western and Atiku as pro-Russian so as to have washington and the majority of the EU states look a blind eye to their rigging.

It's not possible to hack an election online when it's manually conducted like we do in Nigeria.
