I'll tell you all how the event will go using their past behaviors in any SS state. They will drive Buhari in a public market, snap pictures claiming that the people came to greet him. They will hire few people during that event the vehicle screaming so it'll complete the illusion. During the actual main event, they'll bribe more people to come in. Unfortunately, they won't fill the venue place as the bribe won't spread that much. Finally, they have all the audience move as close to the stadium as they can get them. The photographer makes sure to take pictures of just the area the audience are pushed to. Before it get released to the public, they crop out any signs of empty venue. Once released, the BMC goes to social media to praise and exaggerate on the amount that came to the venue. This is exactly how it'll go and I know this for sure because a friend of mine experienced it in one of APC rallies. He was among the people they bribed to attend the rally. He did as instructed. The rally he was at, according to him, wasn't as filled as BMC pretended it to be on social media. Even he was shocked on how much pretense APC did about the amount of people in that Rally.
