Pavarottii:

U don't read before u come here and comment... Who has been clamouring for card readers to be used? Answer that Urself den go and read the electoral act itself... Before u come here to disgrace Urself.

What do you know? If you want to know the answer to your question go back to 2015when PDP fought tooth and nail to prevent the inclusion of the use of the card reader in the 2we 015 Electoral act as amended. Fast forward to 2018, PMB withholding of accent for the third time was premised chiefly on NASS omission of the use of card reader in the Electoral bill
Again, what do you know?

INEC's intention is to use the card readers 100%, we all know that. But the reality is that they also know that card readers do malfunction and incidence forms will always be provided as a backup in every polling unit. Nothing will stop the use of incidence forms.

Very good development.

PDP kicked against the card reader and PVC in 2015 and both turned out to be what helped Nigerians to kick them out of Aso Rock. In 2019, both the card reader and the PVC will prove to be their greatest checkmate!

And without the use of incident form, it will add more transparency and credibility to the elections of 2019 which means "I wrote the result under special conditions" will no longer be acceptable and the almost 95% votes PDP got in Delta, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, etc are gone with the wind.

Now I can easily say PMB will win in a landslide in 2019.

Before you question why PMB didn't sign the Electoral Bill as passed by the theives in the NASS, please be educated that PMB is only against "announcing results without counting the votes" and the "electronic transmission of results to INEC Collation Centre" which can be hijacked and doctored in the process.

PMB/APC - 10, PDP/Atiku - 0

Buhari actually refused to assent to a version of the bill because the use of card reader was removed by the NASS grin grin

It is really funny how some of you dish out lies. The bill made smart card reader compulsory but you are here saying otherwise. Please get or enquire from people who have seen the bill

The bill was rejected for two major reasons:

1. To transmit results electronically. This can make it possible for Atiku and Sarathief to hack and distort result.

2. It also says "result should be announced by the returning officer" without saying it should be counted first before announcing as was provided for in the current Act.

PMB is smarter than all of them combined. grin
