If 16 yrs was enough to undo the 39 yrs of military dictatorship which Buhari was part of, why is 3 and half years of APC not enough to undo that of PDP 16yrs?

It took 20 years (4 different president's administration) to recover Abacha loot. This�� was a man Buhari said 'he never stole'. Muhammadu Buhari was part of his govt. that recked NIGERIA and made us a debted nation before 1999. During Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar's regime in 1998, the total of NIGERIA debt was about $60billion. When OBJ and Atiku was sworn-in in 1999 till the end of their administration, they paid all the debt and we were tagged as a debted free nation by World bank and the rebuilding of NIGERIA began. During their administration, they never blamed the rot of the military govt which Buhari, TY Danjuma, Tam David West, IBB, etc were part of. These men allocated oil-bloc to themselves and their cronies. They were the genesis of our problem.
