Pls, who knows or has a bulk SMS website/platform that isn't subjected to all sort of challenges(especially MTN DND numbers) that disturb effective delivery to all recipients with the sender name also intact.

I believe there's a way around it. At least, I get SMS from bank which is also bulk.

As you've said, only financial Institutions like banks are allowed to register (long process) to send Bulk SMS to DND Numbers. Check out v2.sling.com.ng they use a system where SMS will be sent via a live phone and it delivers 100% to all numbers at 2.5 naira
