Well, there's a twist to this.

She said she gave the diamonds to Jeremy Ratcliffe dude who in turn did NOT declare it to the foundation.

So the letter from the current head of the foundation is pretty much consistent with what Naomi said.

whether this is true or false is yet to determined but naomi's statement tallies witht the letter from the foundation
