As a politician, he is a failure. He has options, there are a number of professions that suit him.

He can be a librarian at the University of Benin or Edo state university.

He can be a curator at Edo state museum and write funny letters to foreign museums still holding onto Edo artefacts.

He can be a jester at Oba’s palace.

The primary role and duty of the legislature is to make laws for the economic development of the country(among other things) ; and not to bring food to the table of Nigerians. It is unarguable that the duties of the upper chambers of the legislature is geared towards the overall welfare of Nigerians, but this does not automatically mean direct and immediate provision of food to the citizenry. It is unfortunate that some people are playing down the value of Mr. Patrick on the effective and adequate discharge of the constitutional duties of the red chambers. Though his submissions and arguments were entertaining, humorous and comical;there were in itself good and fit for a proper and non arbitrary execution of the policies and laws by the FG.
