James 1:2 – Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy.

Looking at the key scripture, we see a fundamental way to live beyond challenges. Challenges are surely going to come, am pretty sure we know that already, but everyone’s focus is on overcoming the challenges.

How about we show a better way, a way you could actually live above the challenge, and not try to rustle through overcoming it. And that way is to express joy. We have an express message from Jesus that He will never leave us

MATTHEW 28 [20]TEACH THESE NEW DISCIPLES TO OBEY ALL THE COMMANDS I HAVE GIVEN YOU. AND BE SURE OF THIS: I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS, EVEN TO THE END OF THE AGE.”

Meaning that even in the challenges, He remains there and faithful…and guess what, he has lived in human flesh and definitely knows what you are going through. Whenever you are faced with challenges, your response should be to rejoice…see the challenge not as a chance to express fear or worry, but as a chance to show that you know the greatness of Jesus. James said see it as an opportunity to rejoice. That’s an expression of faith, and that’s how we overcome, that’s how we win.

James goes further to say in verse 3 and 4
JAMES 1:3-4 [3]FOR YOU KNOW THAT WHEN YOUR FAITH IS TESTED, YOUR ENDURANCE HAS A CHANCE TO GROW.
[4]SO LET IT GROW, FOR WHEN YOUR ENDURANCE IS FULLY DEVELOPED, YOU WILL BE PERFECT AND COMPLETE, NEEDING NOTHING.
