So i sprained my wrist & can't remember how but this morning the pain is still bad & i need to play the fûcking end of year bball games in my hood.. Okay google says cold compress with ice, compress, cold therapy, elevation but all these are to reduce the swelling & not the pain... I'm thinking ibuprofen might work or a little dose of trams like 50mg because me must play today  Any suggestions before i start popping? |
