After khutbah haja the sheikh said
Oh people this khutbah is Based on eid. Oh
people Verily the eid of muslims are seven,
eid fitr, eid adha, jumuah, arafa the three
ayam tashriq. THE mubtadia (people of
bidah), the Christians, the jews, have
already increased in eid. from it is maolud
nabiy nabiy, christmas and the eid that
those Christians and muslim are
participating in the first day of their
calender (that is january) and know that
these two eid (christmas and new year) is
not in islam And its not permisible to
participate in it. Because everyone Have
their eid the kufar (disbeliver) have their
own eid the muslims have their own eid..
And it is not befitting a Muslim to
participate in this newly invented Eid …
and the prove is the Hadith of Aisha that
the prophet tell abubakr that verilly
everyone have their Eid and this is our
eid.in another narration everyone have
their Eid and this day is our eid.in another
narration oh abubakr verill this is the day
of Eid .this Hadith shows that people
during jahliyyah the kufar have the Eid
they are doing the Christian’s have theirs
and the Jew have their and when Allah
raised the prophet all this Eid have been
abolished …and non of it remain .

All praise is to Allah and blessings and
salutations on the prophet and the end is
for the Muslim and no one hate them
except they are dholimun ..oh people
verilly the slaughtering ,food ,drinks ,of
the Christian’s and Jews is permissible to
be eaten but if it it’s on the day of their
Eid then it is not permissible to eat their
slughtering ,food,drinks, on that day.
Abu dawud reported in his Sunnah by
thabit ibn dhahak .the time of the prophet
a man took a vow to slaughter a camel at
buwanah.so he came to the prophet and
said I have taken a vow to sacrifice a
camel at buwanah .
The prophet asked did the place contain
any idol worshipped,in jahliyyah they said
No.the prophet said was any pre Islamic
festival observed there ,they replied
No.the prophet said fufil your vow.for a
vow done at act of disobedience to Allah
should not be fufilled.neither must one do
something over which an human being
have no control .this show that any oath
make that is not in disobedience to Allah
then it is a must to fufil the oath but if it
is the place you want to do it is free from
idols or the Eid of jahlliyyah then it is
permissible to fufil the oath.this is a very
strong prove that it is permissible but if it
is in relation with those mubtadia Eid then
it is not permissible .that is why fadilatu
sheikh salih uthaimeen said in his taliq
on sheikh ibn tamiyya in his book
ikhtidohu siratu mustaqeem he said
anything in relation to maolud,Christmas
etc then it is not permissible to give,or sell
or eat them because it is in connection
with all those bidah…. Translated by
