And that's a goal, a plus and victory to be celebrated by the opposition? That the Boko Haram is winning while Nigerian army is whining and retreating for lack of goodwill and weaponery is a mark of cheap score and victory for the opposition. I don't understand why some political bigots tend to sort for credibility in and fame from national calamity. And the last time I checked, this clown mocking the rot in the military is one of the players in national politics. We will start getting it right the day our useless and clueless politicians from the ruling and opposition parties, see themselves as one in the business of tackling all national crises.

Digital Forensics( Verifiable via Google ) released by Senator Been Murray Bruce has clearly shown that despite the claims by the Army the video showing security forces retreating but declaring willingness to fight but complaining of lack of weapons was a completely new video. Thanks to Google date stamps.

The senator said "The claim by the Nigerian Army that this video was shot in 2014 is not true. This is easily verifiable. Check through @Google and @YouTube. This is a new video. The claims by these soldiers must be investigated and not denied.

In the video Nigerian Soldiers speaking English and Yoruba we're heard saying many of their colleagues have fallen, and if the Nigerian army are serious about fighting the insurgents they should provide weapons.

Buhari has unilaterally withdrawn 1 billion dollars from the excess crude account without appropriation to fight Boko Haram , However soldiers on the Frontline claim they are yet to receive any new weapons to fight insurgents.

If the video was shot in 2014, APC would have used it against PDP in 2015. It is a viral video whether shot in 2014 or 2018, so the fact that it goes viral in 2018 means it is shot in 2018.

It is easier to admit to Nigerians that the budgeted allocation has been embezzled so the Almighty Buhari, the Anti-Corruption Holy man can investigate in order to safe the lives of the innocent poor man's children that are fighting for the Corporations that run the world.

No I don't. He is a Nigerian politician and as far as I know, those guys don't care whether Nigerians are informed or not. Their priority is thier party and individual ambition. If he shares the video for the sake of Nigerians and national interest, he will be my hero, in fact, I will celebrate him. Have you ever seen a member of APC coming out clear to admit the weakness and ineptitude of their government? Have you seen any PDP member admitting that PDP spoilt Nigeria beyound repair? That is typical of Nigerians politicains. It's always the party first.

So, deep inside me, I know Bruce's lamentation (revealation) isn't burn out of patriotism but the greed to eliminate and discredit the opposition, the only threat to his own ambition.

For a fact that we have politicians that celebrate the weakness of our military, shows the level of degeneration of integrity in our political sphere. I have to point out that any party that is practicing this or did at a time before can never be a solution.
For the record purpose ,Google timestamps or YouTube timestamp is very easy to influence. Give me a content now and watch me make a different timestamp for such. Before we can get an accurate timestamp for this video we need some serious forensic of the video. The situation involve, the video could honestly be from any time frame .
Also there seem to be a deliberate effort by the publisher to distort reality by editing into the video a confusing subtitle saying buhari ,whereas it was not mentioned in the video any where
