Lawfort Solicitors and Consultants (LawfortSC) is a newly established millenial firm located in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Human Resources Personnel

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Temporary
Job Tenor: 3 months (may be renewed)
Working Hours: 9am-4pm

Responsibilities
• To manage employee experience through processes and programs that span across the employee lifecycle.
• To line manage the employees by monitoring the workload, output, effectiveness and efficiency of individual staff and ensuring their continual professional development through a Logbook System.
• To provide day to day support of HR policies, programs and processes.
• To apply knowledge of internal HR policies spanning employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, training and HRIS to assist employees.
• To develop, schedule and facilitate new employee orientations.
• To assist with performance management programs.
• To arrange, attend and minute disciplinary proceedings.
• To investigate formal complaints and ensure closure.
• To ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information of all employees.
• To oversee the recruitment of staff, ensure appropriate deployment for the effective running of IBK including training and induction.

Note: Applicant residing on the Island will be preferred.
