Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Temporary
Job Tenor: 3 months (may be renewed)
Working Hours: 9am-4pm
Responsibilities

To manage employee experience through processes and programs that span across the employee lifecycle.
To line manage the employees by monitoring the workload, output, effectiveness and efficiency of individual staff and ensuring their continual professional development through a Logbook System.
To provide day to day support of HR policies, programs and processes.
To apply knowledge of internal HR policies spanning employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, training and HRIS to assist employees.
To develop, schedule and facilitate new employee orientations.
To assist with performance management programs.
To arrange, attend and minute disciplinary proceedings.
To investigate formal complaints and ensure closure.
To ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information of all employees.
To oversee the recruitment of staff, ensure appropriate deployment for the effective running of IBK including training and induction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field (HR or Law)
Knowledge and experience of HR programs such as on-boarding, induction, recruitment and selection, engagement initiatives, policy interpretation and administration.
Applicant residing on the Island will be preferred
