Romans 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.


6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?


As a believer in the Saviour Jesus Christ before you believed your life was marked with the reign of sin now that through your faith in Jesus, you have been washed and made righteous in Jesus Christ, you are now to uphold the righteousness of Jesus in your life and not allow sin to reign in your mortal body.

You are now to walk in the newness of life received by Jesus and put away your former conversations in which you obeyed the lust of the flesh and of the mind, but you are now to put on the new man which is created in true holiness, Knowing fully well that those who do these things will not inherit the kingdom of God but you have been set free, so walk in your new freedom in Christ fleeing away from every corruption of the flesh and of the mind.

Remain in the loving grip of Jesus. Shallom

Be an example to others both in words and in action. Let others see Christ in you. People may not read the bible but you are a their bible so communicate the gospel through your life.
Put away anger, strife, bitterness and put on the light. Be a forgiving person just as christ, do nothing for vain glory or high service, let your conversation be known to all. Shallom
