I need an advice too. I recently bought a property at Thomas estate in Aja. It's an uncompleted bungalow, though the whole compound is messy, and waterlogged.  Was wondering if they cheated me as I have a lot of work to do that will involve some huge some of money there, recently on nairaland, I've been seeing properties that are very cheap. Please can someone tell me an average of how much a good property around there can go for. I got that one for 17M, while I'm seeing empty properties for between 3-5m in better places around the area. Did they cheat me, I don't stay in Nigeria.
