Why is the Chinese government funding the project? And are the terms of the agreement in the public domain?

The Chinese government don’t play games if host countries don’t meet their end of the agreement, they take over whole Department’s or even ministries and insert their own people into government.

The only thing U guys have against PDP governments especially that of Jonathan is this looting looting looting that U don’t get tired of saying and it’s already sounding childish and senseless.. You know they did a lot of stuffs including making Nigeria the fastest growing economy in Africa.. bringing private telecommunication companies, revitalizing the rail transport sector, while paying subsidy... APC government worsened situation and people are dying every day including soldiers.. and U guys are still looting.. see everybody loot, alryt.. I’m every country of the world... so if that’s the only thing U have against PDP .. it means they have done other things well..

It was high oil prices that mainly made Nigeria have 6% growth rate, even then by 2012 we had 122million living in poverty more than the 88 million in 2018.

Point to one enduring PDP policy that was made that was reversed by APC to cause poverty.

Why did the growth rate start dropping from 3rd quarter 2014 when oil price started falling? Why did it fall to about 2% in second quarter by the time PDP handed over?

It's less than 2 years actually, construction started March 2017. Ask them if their preferred party executed any project of this scale in a similar time frame.
