First of all, I wanna thank the Dollar loving governor for this achievement, he knows how much his party members needs this state of the art facilities.

Secondly, I wanna quickly thank Rotimi Amaechi for finally confirming that Buhari does not listen, cannot read, and also dumb which are the attributes of a brain dead individual.

It would definitely be a great honour for Gandollar and his team of brilliant doctors to have Buhari as a Very Important Patient who needs series of brain transplant after the elections.

We have home based neurosurgeons who do neurosurgical procedures here in the country, and have done so since the 1960's.

I even personally know a doc who is training here in Nigeria to be a neurosurgeon (we have about 20 of them in this country).
