Those are ignorant thieves. Victims can actually trace the debiting account down to the owner by reporting to security agencies and getting a court order.

yes u can easily trace the account ur money was sent to but then in most cases the police will request u pay money for them to commence investigations and not to mention how much u pay to get a court order.imagine u were robbed 35k through pos and for u to bring the issue to the police and get a court order u will have to pay over a hundred and fifty thousand u no go rest and forget d 35k?
