The jagaban of Africa as he is called has earned a place for himself in the history of this nation, but as the saying goes... More power begets more taste for even higher powers.
It is an open secret that he desires to be president of Nigeria like Awolowo, but the secret is how he wants to achieve that.
In recent times there has been rancour, strife and cross carpeting from the ruling APC. This may seen normal to the average onlooker but to many there is more than what the eyes can see.
At the moment, all efforts are been made to remove every obstacle on his path to 2023, many of such obstacles are:
1. Ibikunle Amount-
The governor of ogun state is one of the stumbling blocks on his path. Adeosun, the ministerial nominee from ogun state was set up and removed limit amosuns financial capability. In order to finish him up, his candidate for the next election was not given an green light from the Lagos controlled APC NWC.

2. Rochas Okorocha -
What ever the sins of the governor of IMO state are, Tinubu has committed twice as much. Tinubu has a senator wife, an iyaloja daughter, a house of representatives in-law, a p.a as head of service in Lagos, an awaiting stooge governor of Lagos and series of government appointees. And rochas is been victimized for wanting to impose his in-law as governor where as tinubu goes free for owning Lagos, osun, oyo and others. With this series of even, it all boils down to elimination of any opposing candidature in 2023. It is common knowledge that rochas has an eye for presidency in 2023.

3. Rotimi Amaechi-
The lion of Ubima is been penciled down to replace buhari in 2023 with el-rufai or ribadu as vice having found favour in the heart of buhari and core northern politicians. They see him as some one who can bridge the gap in the south, having been born a rivers man who speaks fluent igbo with a Yoruba link. This is the perfect yes man for the north. Tinubu is aware of this, having lobbied against his appointment as buhari reelection director general. So with the recent audio release, it is impossible for the core northern interest to reconcile with the trust they have in anarchy even though they do not trust tinubu. It's a game of chess... They will not sack amaechi as the D.G but they would definitely have their reservations and use this revelation against him in order to stir to be more aggressive in his campaign for buhari.

It's still a fight for all and fight to the finish... We expect to hear more dirty revelations in the weeks before the election.
