Go and hang.

We can’t afford a corrupt judge to head the Judiciary. If he hasn’t breached the law, ge should prove it. Appealing to emotions won’t help you guys.
but we can afford a highly corrupt PMB executive?

I may be wrong but I don’t see Onnoghen recusing himself from presiding over Supreme Court affairs till his case is decided.

Like I wrote earlier, Onnoghen is obviously partisan. Same goes to justice Mary Odili and other Supreme Court justices appointed by PDP presidents. However, I would have preferred this suit to be instituted after the election. Doing this before the election will only heighten political tension and discredit the intention of the government.

There is no better time to try crime...even if you leave it till after the election PDP is bound to lose, they would still allege that you wanted a pliant Chief justice who is going to do your biddings at the election petition hearing..

As per recusing himself, I am yet to see a judge or justice who sits to adjudicate in court while undergoing criminal trials in other courts..

Where are the justice Ngwuta, Demola, and other judges being tried in courts..?

He is finished as justice, trust me...the pressure will be unbearable, especially after being photographed sitting in the dock.

Shut up and shut down!

So, the alleged breach should be overlooked? If Onnogen is not guilty of the allegation, he should defend himself.
Bros God help you
