After the khutbah aja the sheikh said oh people this khutbah is on muqolid ( blindly following some one) becaus some people beieve that we CAN blind follow and ignorance person, mubtadia, or an alim salafiyyah (knowledgeable person ) even though it is against a clear prove or ijmau sahaba sahaba by using this prove.. *Ask those that know of you dont knon*
Oh my brothers in islam this ayah that is mentioned above serve as a clear prove that it is permissible that taqleed is permissible for an illitrate that HAS no knowledge nor have a power to do ijtihad then our sheikh al-banee have already explained this in his book *Asalafiyyah, aqiqotuha, usuluha* what is compolsary for every muslim is to worship Allah with kitab wa sunnah this is what is compolsary for every muslim without iktilaf (difference) between an alim, mutalim (student) and an illitrate.
The difference is in the uslub that is how will an alim know the judgement of Allah and how will the illitrate know the judgement of Allah.? .... There is a very grate difference an alim will know the judgement of Allah by learning kitab wa sunnah an illitrate who cant read or write, how will he know the judgement of Allah? When he sees the quran he cant read even the hadith he cant read? Responce!!! Is that Allah says *Ask those that know if you dont know*
*SECOND PART*
After the sheikh send salawat on the prophet he continues by saying oh my brothers in islam verilly the difference between an alim and an illitrate is NOT limited to following kitab wa sunnah but the difference is in the uslub in knowing what is compolsary to follow in kitab wa sunnah that is why sheikh al-banee said that the wassilla (channel) of an illitrate to knowing the judgement of Allah and His prophet is through an alim (a learned person) as for alim he his a wassilla ( channel) and NOT qhoyyah (purpose) (that is the scholar is NOT what to follow but to direct you to kitab wa sunnah) for the aim is to follow Allah and His messenger, so if there is any affairs that goes against this, then it is a clear misguidance.. (dolala mubeen) the sheikh continues by saying, that u dont Ask abh the judgement of Allah or His prophet but you Ask an alim his opinion saying whats ur opinion on this? Then he makes mistake for him and he will take it. And he continues by commenting on the ayah *Ask those that know if you dont know*
The sheikh said on
*what*? *on opinion of so and so*? *or madhab so and so*? *or ijtihad* so and so? Or istinbat so and so? *Or what Allah says and His messenger*
The answer to this is that we Ask about the judgement of Allah that He sent down in His book and to His prophet. Our noble sheikh said in summarry *following an alim is a wassilla (channel) not a ghoya (aim) becaus it is a channel for knowing the judgement of Allah and His messenger. Sheikh islam ibn tamiyyah in his book (ar rodu ala bakri) pg 149) he said Allah will not forgives that you associate partners(shirik) with him even if it is shirik asgar. He said "the ayah *Allah will not forgives shirik*
That is includes both shirik akbar and asgar , that Allah will not forgives both.. And some of the salaf are saying that the ayah is only talking about shirik akbar without delil from kitab wa sunnah.

I say, this is the refutation of he who thinks we must follow the scholar, like following saudi, even though it go against kitab wa sunnah like rasheed mustafa did by sending video of people eating with spoon even though there is no prove that the did but whats if they eat with spoon, does that change Allah's judgement? Wallohi kala.... The prove is one... And this is also a refutation on who believe that shirik asgar does not take one out of islam......
