Sit him down and have a talk with him. Tell him his recklessness with money makes you unhappy and that you want him to work with you to improve on it. Tell him to keep money in an account that he can 't easily access or keep with you.He can only take the money if he has a genuine need. If he doesn't show willingness to improve,you know what to do. |
