I can’t say who the best is but I can definitely tell you the least performing and I know the 3 PDP governors from the east are right there at the buttom with no single signature project from any of them over 3 good years and they receive allocation as at when due while their followers go on social media disparaging Ganduje who is billed to commission the longest bridge in Nigeria shortly.
