I don't understand what BVN is required for at the application stage, I can understand if it is required at the point of disbursement.

If you put your BVN on any website you are on your own, I want to ask what the BVN is needed for when it is not yet time for disbursement.

I have registered before, around 2019. I even got a congratulating massage that I have successfully passed stage two. My question now is, should I register again?
