I am fairly new to the thread and would like to connect with anyone over 45/50 who has successfully carried her baby through donor egg ivf process in Nigeria.... please help a sister... I am outside Nigeria but looking at coming into the country to have this cycle.... I need any success stories or anyone currently cycling etc or has any relative who had success.

Unless your ovaries have been removed hyperbaric oxygen therapy can reactivate the ovaries to become functional again. You can then use your own ovaries for ivf if you so desire. If you are in oyibo land search for a professional hyperbaric facility where they use hyperbaric oxygen
therapy (hbot) for infertility problems and ask. If you need the hbot here in Naija we are ready to help.
You may not need any donor yet.

The issue with a 40/50 old woman egg is more of egg quality. Is an irreversible one. When a female child is born all the eggs that are required in her lifetime has been given, she loses half by the time she gets to puberty and the rest is what is used through her lifetime.
