The PDP House of Representatives candidate for Bende Federal Constituency Dr. Chima Anyaso on Friday suffered a serious setback as his supporters declared support for the former governor of Abia state and the APC flag bearer for Abia North senatorial District, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu and APC.

His trouble began when Chima Anyaso campaign team, PDP supporters saw the campaign train of OUK ‘Ward to Ward’ campaign tour in Asaga Ohafia community in over five buses marked 'Chima Anyasom 2019', were numbering over 100 and chose to pitch their tent with the widely loved Igbere born business tycoon.

According to an eyewitness, they were seen chanting various solidarity songs in support of the former governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu.

“Onwere weight” (he has weight), “Abuja direct”, “OUK for Senate”, amongst others, were some of the solidarity songs they sang while declaring support for the APC Abia North Senator hopeful.
