With mtn business plus you enjoy a flat calls at 11k/sec to all networks. Dial *460# to select plans. Other plans you would see include mtn business class,mtn life plus. Mtn business class charges 13k/sec to any network with any form of access fee or hidden charges. Recall that the mtn business plus charges N5 for first call while subsequent calls are at 11k/sec. This tariff is the cheapest in the gsm market to the best of my knowledge.

You are slightly wrong. Business class charges 0.40k/ Sec for the first 60 seconds of the day. This means N24 for the first 1 minute of each day. Search Google.

The tariff have been modified
Dial *460*3# to migrate to mtn business class.calls at 13k
Dial *460*6# to migrate to mtn life plus call charges at 13k/sec
Dial *460*1# to migrate mtn business plus call charges at 11k/sec. These are the reasonable and best plan in the gsm market. Except for business plus plan that charges N5 for first call, the other plans are charged at a flat rate
