The All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council said that their candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari, could not be part of the election debate organised by the Nigeria Election Debate Group and the Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria because the busy and hectic official and campaign schedules of Mr. President clashed with the programme.
