Role Summary
- To receive all the cash and post transactions and make sure all payments are made correctly
- To organise cash box and payment slips properly
- Reporting to the restaurant manager at the end of the night
- Make note of list of creditors for each night and hand over to restaurant manager
- Be responsible for Cash & cost booking and monitor daily process.
- Analyse the cost and manage the vendor and customer
- In charge of communicating with accounting firm
- Reporting and analyzing data provided by different tools and system for annual audit and tax.

Experience & Qualification
Must have basic book keeping and numerate skills.

Job: Internal Auditor
Role Summary
Manage operations of audit department to ensure achievement of set objectives and goals
Overseeing and ensuring preparation of timely Audit reports to management
Audit Committee and provide progress reports regarding action taken by management.
Conduct Audits in accordance with the approved internal audit plan.
Determining process and procedures are adequate to prevent and detect fraud, suppression, theft or misappropriation of funds.
Carrying out constant checks to ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedure on segregation of duties.
Reviewing and preparing the bank compliance ratios and compare side by side with the regulatory standard ratios to see if the bank is falling short of the standard and give recommendation on the way forward.
Reviewing of daily call over report.
Prevent and detect fraud, suppression, theft or misappropriation of funds.
Regular review of Bank reconciliation statement and other financials, daily, weekly, and monthly.

Experience & Qualification
Minimum of University degree or HND Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ICAN, ACA/ACCA qualifications will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in Preparing and Auditing Financial Statement, performing Audit on various dept and systems etc.
