A 24-year-old McDonald manager Andrew Joseph Otero-Albertorio was dragged before a court in Minnesota on Tuesday for allegedly attacking a teenage employee after grooming her on Snapchat.

As reported by The Sun, the accused faces face up to 60 years in prison after being charged with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the prosecutors, Otero-Albertorio forcefully had sex with the teenager after she reportedly refused his advances. A criminal complaint also revealed that Otero-Albertorio forcefully had attempted to kiss the teenage employee on several occasions.

Otero-Albertorio has been reportedly relieved of his job as a manager at the McDonald’s franchise in Twin Cities, Minnesota.

The two started exchanging messages in November last year immediately the teenager was employed by the restaurant chain.

According to Minnesota labour laws, a child between ages 14 and 15 is allowed to engage in limited hours in certain jobs.
