Except in rare case where the corper refused to show up on the election day, the APO 1 automatically assume that position. The total number of voters on the register is 500, so it means 500 ballot papers will be given to the PO and his team to that PU.
This answers question 2.

Now, back to question 1.
The question says 450 valid votes but where is the remaining 50 ballots papers to make it 500 that the PO collected from the SPO?

The question further says there are 2 spoiled ballot papers.
Now 450 + 2= 452.
It still says 30 unused ballot papers.
Now 452 + 30 = 482.
Definitely we have 18 more ballot papers to balance up.

(c) That 18 is the rejected ballot papers.

The valid votes= 450
Spoiled votes = 2
And rejected Vote = 18

( a) Number of accredited voters is 470

(d) Total Number of ballot paper used = 470

The question is very correct
1. Valid votes = 100+100+80+60= 340
2. Rejected votes = according to question 500 registered voters and they issue 500 ballot paper ( i.e they give out 500 ballot paper to all the registered voters if 340 is valid then the rejected will be 500-340=160).
3. Unused ballot paper = 0 because all the ballot paper was issued ( given out).

but the number of accredited must tally with total voters count but I think that was why they gave the Vote of each party, with that you are correct with the calculations.... I have recommended you to be the Collating officer of your ward..... Thank me later

one thing I strongly believe and I heard from one of the Inec official, was that, if ur call up numb read 2015,2016,2017 and you applied at your local government,your name will most likely be on the list, Buh if your call up number read 2014,your name cannot be on the list except you used strong leg before the list came out!!!!

this is exactly what I'm facing Now, I rvd message twice, Buh didn't not get the last message, so I was at kosofe local govt today, wrote the test find a vacant space on the list and put down my name on the attendance list and my account detail along side, Buh my fear now is that will it be effort in futility,cos the guy I claim him number no show up!!!!! why Inec wan sideline us like this na, after two messages!!!!!
