2019 Elections.... Press Release!!! by Chike4president: 3:05pm On Jan 25, 2019
Dear Nairalanders,

Chike Ukaegbu is one of Nigeria's brightest minds that has offered himself to lead Nigeria to greatness. He is a young professional who desires to see the largest black country in the world rise to greatness. All we require to succeed as a nation have been made available to us. We just need the right leader"to preside over the affairs of this nation and then we shall prosper.

Read below:

"Dear Young Nigerians, our present and future demand that we galvanize together against the APC/PDP status quo that don't care about our lives.
It's time for us to unite against youth exclusion, unite against the mortgaging of our lives, unite against prostitution and modern day slavery by leaders who dont fight for our lives, unite against youth joblessness, poverty and youth disconnection, unite against distractions that condition us to believe that we are not ready to lead or that there are only two options in this race.

Our future demands that we do what's right for us and for posterity. You can no longer say you didnt know.

The future of war, the future of food, the future of work, the future of relationships, the future of humanity and everything that will affect our lives should either scare or excite you. But for now, our current trajectory of Africa in preparing for this future should scare us all and that mantle of leadership falls on our dear nation, Nigeria.

Everything you see in movies today and what you hear about is atleast 20-30 years behind the known and unknown technologies of the 'future' being developed today.

My question therefore is, for young influencers, youth advocates, organizations and the likes who've been clamoring for change, what are we doing to effect this change? Your children will ask you the same question. (Tag 'em)

We are the Power. We have the Power. We are #43millionstrong

So let's do this... together! #VoteAAP (the golden spoon logo) #VoteChikeUkaegbu

UNITE AGAINST OUR OPPRESSORS!

Unite with young candidates 18-35 against the ineffective and visionless leadership of APC and PDP. #NoBroomNoUmbrella

At almost 43 million 18-35 year old registered voters, we are the largest voting bloc in the country. So don't believe the lie that our votes won't count. Let's challenge and replace the evil status quo.

We are angry and sick and tired of:
1. Extreme poverty
2. Family and friends dying because of lack of healthcare
3. Bad and unsafe infrastructure (roads, schools, airports, hospitals, etc)
4. No electricity
5. Insecurity
6. Pollution (air, water, land, food, etc)
7. Bribery and corruption
8. Unending school strikes
9. Keeping us unemployed to weaponize us
10. Thieves stealing our wealth and sending their children abroad while we suffer here.
And so much more.

Abeg jare, WE DON TIRE!

Think of what Nigeria would be for us and for our future if those of us with the right vision for our lives were to lead it! #NowisTheTime to ACT ON IT!

Find our more about us at www.wedontire.com And YES, we endorsed our Presidential Candidate. Sit down, take your time and watch these to see why he's the right person to lead Nigeria: /youthpresident19.

We are the APC-PDP ALTERNATIVE.  The website shows you credible 18-35 year old candidates across party lines you should vote for on Feb 16th and March 2nd to:
A. Increase quality youth representation in governance
B. Usher in the much needed transformative politics of collaboration
C. Prevent the current monopoly of APC-PDP style politics.

What should you do?
- Share this release with all of your contacts
- Check for the young candidates in your area that best represents your ideology, and if you can't find your young candidate, then challenge anyone you know to sign up
- Mobilize other young people like yourself for your young candidate
- If you know any youth organization that should also be part of this movement, share this with them.

We can't keep complaining about our oppressors who wouldn't be around to bear the brunt of their terrible leadership. We are the ones who our Children will ask why we did nothing when our nation spiraled down. Stand up and get counted as standing up for something now!

For Our Lives,
Angry Young Nigerians #Ready2Lead

Dear Nigerians,

Please note that the AAP Presidential candidate is not stepping down for anyone. Most parties and their chairmen have been going about on every media platform to talk about their party and its manifesto. Chike Ukaegbu solely projected the party in the media and at every available opportunity, with the party doing nothing. That's the problem the #Nottooyoungtorun agenda will face. Young people need credible platforms to run on for a chance to run the country...It seems AAP endorsed APC in january and now PDP. They are now the Endorsing Party of Nigeria. I think it is time for us to have platforms for independent candidates to contest elections in Nigeria so that the likes of Chike Ukaegbu can effectively compete in elections without the negative impact of money hungry politicians disguised as party executives.
